Won: Markant in Zeewolde!

Commissioned by BBV Development BV, Atelier LOOSvanVLIET, in collaboration with Studio Vinke and Stichting W/E Adviseurs, has designed the Markant plan for the Eilandenbuurt in Zeewolde. The municipality of Zeewolde set forth an ambitious tender, aligning perfectly with our core values of biodiversity, climate adaptation, sustainability, social engagement, and creativity. This project presents an opportunity to create homes within a healthy, sustainable living environment. In partnership with Studio Vinke, we have designed a public space that fosters social interaction through a collective garden. This not only enhances the quality of life but also strengthens the sense of community. By integrating sustainability with social engagement, we offer a plan that is both ecologically responsible and inspiring for residents. A prime example is the “fishing village” concept, where homes are thoughtfully arranged around a communal garden, emphasizing connection and togetherness. Renders: Vivid Vision
