Most of the streets in the San Salvario neighbourhood, exist of more or less similar profiles: a pedestrian area, parking places, road, parking places and again pedestrian area. The parkingstrips are used in a multifunctional way, sometimes there’a a car other times containers, scooters or terraces. We propose a flexibel mobile oasis consisting out of six parts, the six parts together have the size of one parking spot, so the object fits in all streetprofiles. Six objects creating a mobile oasis. The six parts can be placed in different configurations, they can form a secret enclosed garden, a linear garden or small pocketpark. The mobile oasis is a new type of object, a combination of street furniture with exotic plants and perennials.
